The promotions teams consist of members from diverse sectors, including producers, cement shippers, associate members, and other interested parties dedicated to the industry.

The workforce development team is an integral part of the promotions team in each state. This team collaborates with our partner masonry contractor associations to promote outreach opportunities to high school students and teachers. These initiatives include Train the Trainer events, hands-on activities, career fairs, Careers in Masonry presentations, complimentary tools, and other resources. Our objective is to support all eleven masonry contractor associations within our five-state footprint.
